Abstract

The pledge choice is essential during the controlling of logistics financial risk. The choice of pledge in logistics finance business should be considered both the liquidity and ability of sale of the pledge. By analyzing the liquidity and ability of sale of the pledge, a multi-index score system for choice of pledge can be established, and after analyzing the weight of the indexes, the index system can be applied to practical. During credit institutions operating logistics financial services for SMEs loans, the system has a certain practical significance for choice of pledge.
