A Study on the Elements and Structure of Government Governance

By existing literature, it is observed that the concept of government governance mechanism is a black box, with very few studies specialized to analyze its elements and structure. Guided by the theory of fact, this paper tries to unclose this black box. The paper first investigates the elements of government governance elements, including governance entity, governance information, governance field, and governance process; secondly, the paper discloses the hidden structure of government governance, where its mechanism is a structure extended in a logical order, composed of self-formation mechanism, public good provision mechanism, evaluation mechanism and encouragement mechanism.
