The resource-based multinational corporations have caused the special social responsibility questions in the host countries because of their characteristics. They should establish noble social responsibility idea, set up special social responsibility administrative department, release social responsibility report voluntarily to commit social responsibility for economic security, staff´s rights, natural environment in the host countries.
