Abstract :
This paper empirically explores value co-creation capability including product supply capability and service integrated capability, and its impact on cooperation performance, with trust as mediator. With the data from China national petroleum Group, China mobile Group and China Telecom Group, the framework is tested. The results show that product supply capability is positively related to cooperation performance, service integrated capability is also related to cooperation performance, and trust is significantly mediated between product supply capability and cooperation performance.
