Abstract :
On the basis of the experimental data obtained one reconstructs e-beam conductivity of argon plasma. Despite the predictions of simple models temporal dependence is characterized by a slow time of decrease. A model is proposed within which such behaviour of e-beam argon plasma conductivity is explained by the influence of a weak induced electric field (E 90–50V/cm) on kinetic processes after the e-beam current ceasing.
