Abstract :
In order to analyze the change law between the maximum electric filed intensity of power transformer and different influential factors, reduce the maximum electric field intensity and manufacturing costs of power transformer, and improve reliability of transformer operation, electric filed distribution of 110kV power transformer was simulated by using FEM software, main influential factors of electric filed intensity of power transformer were analyzed, variation of maximum electric filed during different factors changing was determined, and the results are discussed, the capacity of different factors influencing on the maximum electric field intensity is obtained, methods of reducing the maximum electric field intensity and manufacturing costs are proposed, theoretical basis has been determined for reducing the maximum electric filed intensity and the manufacturing cost of power transformer.
