Abstract :
A dynamic equivalent approach coherency-based is researched for dynamic simulation Hainan China power grid. In order to reduce the original system, the dynamic equivalent model coherency-based is established, in which the identification of coherent generators, network reduction and dynamic aggregation coherent generator parameters are included, it is two key steps of identification coherent generators and dynamic aggregation parameter of generator unit. Coherent generators are identified by swing-curve method, CSR method used for network reduction and weighted-average algorithm applied to aggregation of coherent generators unit model. The equivalent system of Hainan power grid is compared with the original system in scale, steady status and dynamic performance, respectively. Results show that the equivalent system can preserve the main dynamic characteristics of the Hainan original system well.
