Construction of the Coal Mine Production Safety Management Evaluation System Based on the Sustainable Development

In the background of coal mine production safety accidents happening frequently in our country, the establishment of safety evaluation system is to be imperative in coal mine on the basis of the concept of sustainable development. In this paper it established a set of safety management system which is self restraint, collaborative operation and effective, according to its five internal system of coal mining including mining system, development system, mechatronic systems, haulage system, and ventilation system. And the objectives of this system in is safety management to coal mine.
