Abstract :
Simply stated the potential risks of the grid power system economic operation brought by a large-scale establishment of new energy. Faced with the problems of making the power grid coordination and efficient safe operation, and making it suitable for clean energy and distributed power systems, this paper establishes the model combined ultra-structure modelling and optimization of hybrid method, makes the program using GAMS software, and at last establishes the dynamic model of the power point coordinated control in a regional smart grid, which contains conventional and new energy and pumped storage power station. Beside, make a case of Hebei South Power Grid, deduce coordinated operation of different power point control strategy of Hebei South Power Grid. Point the basic ideas and guidelines for regional grid coordination of various power control strategy for running.
