Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the proposed three typical stages on the development of electric vehicle technology, this paper establishes a load characteristic model of plug-in electric vehicles charging load, which is to be applied to the study on the impact of plug-in electric vehicles with large-scale application on power grid, and finally, an empirical analysis is made to verify the applicability and rationality of the model. The results show that plug-in electric vehicles charging load with large-scale application will cause a lot of negative effect to the power grid, scientific and rational orderly regulation can effectively reduce this negative impact, all of which will be surely of great practical significance to network planning and the development of electric vehicles.
