Abstract
It is a great advantage owned by microgrids, when they take part in the project of Interruptible Loads, that they cannot stop the supply of power in isolated state. The purpose of the model is to consider fully the ability that they can supply independently, and reduce the impact on consumers. In this paper, Independent Supply Coefficient is proposed to represent the ability of the microgrids mentioned above. Then, Independent Supply Coefficient is considered in dispatching model of the Interruptible Loads to give more chances to microgrids. At last, using the Particle Swarm Optimization, example with 19 interruptible customers and 16 time periods is solved. By comparing the results of the improved and tradition model, it is demonstrated that the chances of microgrids to be selected can be increased.
