Abstract :
Transmission efficiency is an important technical indicator of mechanical gearbox, which directly reflects the capacity of gearbox transmission power. In this paper, concerning the hybrid electric bus transmission with synthetic box assembly, electronically controlled powertrain test bench is used to respectively test the transmission efficiencies of the gearbox assembly under different input speeds, torques and oil temperatures. These transmission efficiencies reflect the compared efficiencies of transmission assembly with different gears, thus to judge the transmission structure deformation, motion intervention, abnormal wear and many other properties under different conditions. This test not only provides a reference for the transmission efficiency test method, but also provides experimental support for quality assessment of hybrid electric bus transmission with synthetic box assembly.
