  • Abstract
    This paper is concerned with globally exponentially attractive sets and synchronization controlling for brushless direct current motor system. Based on generalized Lyapunov functions theory, a ellipsoid estimation and a cylindrical domain estimation of the globally exponentially attractive set are derived for brushless direct current motor system. Furthermore, the estimations derived here contain the results given in as special cases. In addition, linear feedback control with single state or single input is proposed to realize the globally exponential synchronization of two brushless direct current motor systems via inequality techniques. Some sufficient algebraic criteria for the globally exponential synchronization of two chaotic systems are obtained analytically. The controllers here designed have simple structure and less conservation. Numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the method.
