Abstract :
The traditional education and training mode of aircraft maintenance personnel is based on the real aircraft, it not only needs great investment, but also weak expansibility, in addition, it focuses much on the demonstration of the function. The teaching function is single, restricting the crew´s education and level of training to a large extent. To solve these problem, the paper puts forward a new kind of fuel system fault system fault simulation training system, using simulation hardware instead of the actual air material, gathering disassembly, power testing, analog trouble-shooting and standard line together so as to reappear the phenomenon of typical fuel system failure and provide a platform for crew training and statistical evaluation of the trouble shooting.
