Panel Discussion

Ladies and gentlemen, dear colleagues. Before we start the panel discussion I would like to propose the idea that each of the parnelists will stress some most important from his point of view points connected with this conference or, may be, also in a broader sense. Each of them will have five minutes, seven minutes at maximum, and then if anybody from the audience would like to comment or feel that there is something important to say to the conference he or she will be entitled to do so.
