Abstract :
For the zero point transition issues affecting the of the stabilization platform framework when running a wide rotating range, the principle of the rotation angular position measuring is introduced and the reasons leading to zero point transition phenomenon are analyzed. Based on distinguishing the relationship between the zero point and the zero site, the zero point transition counter method is proposed for intelligent measurement and controller designing to help completing the platform framework running a wide rotating range with high precision. This method employs only angular position measuring values instead of angular velocity values to solve the problem of zero point transition, and also avoids the sampling data inconsistencies of the multi-loop digital control system. The experimental results show that after the method processing, the high-precision stabilization platform can complete the rotation by commands with a strong robustness and anti-interference ability in the complex work environment applications.
