Research on open access resources construction in libraries of sports colleges

“Open access” (Open Access) is a new vocabulary only emerged in recent years, to solve the contradiction between the price rise of academic journals and the relatively tight of school library funding, a internet freedom communication campaign arose in international academic community, information media and the publishing industry. As a new mode of academic information exchange, the “open access” has drawn wide attention. This paper uses the form of online surveys, investigates the open access resource use in the university libraries and sports college libraries, introduces the main access in detail to open access resources of physical education, and on this basis, concludes three strategies of integration use of open access resource in sports college libraries: strengthen publicity of open access resources, collect and collate open access resources of physical education, establish navigation system of open access resources of physical education.
