Abstract :
In this paper, we build the assessment index system of E-government´s performance according to the essence of E-government performance, and propose an assessment model based on BP neural networks. The neural network method overcomes the insufficiencies of existing experts. The reliability and effectiveness of the model is verified by experiments.
