  • Abstract
In this paper, we built two EIT models to compare for the modeling errors caused by breathing of the body shape. An efficient nodal based calculation method of Jacobain Matrix considering both the change of resistivity and electrode placement is outlined and presented. We evaluate the approach with both a simulated example of boundary voltage and real measurement data for thorax imaging. The results have been shown to be applicable to show a variety of modeling errors.
