Abstract :
High frequency transformer is an important isolated component in power converter device. To increase the energy density and the switch frequency of the converter circuit, it is become more and more significant to study the high frequency transformer´s dynamic capacitances of the power supply converter circuit. The precision of the traditional calculating formula cannot satisfy the demand of converter circuit design. To improve the calculation´s precision, this paper introduces a method that calculates the dynamic capacitances in high frequency transformer by electric field Finite Element Method (FEM) calculation. The analysis and result indicate that this method accords with the fact.
