Abstract
The parameters measurement is a significant step in the design of phased array antenna, especially for the active phased array antenna in communication system. A new method of parameters measurement is introduced, where the radiation pattern, gain, ERIP and G/T are included. The measurement is based on the far field environment. In addition, the way to calculate the values of these parameters is present as well. An example of phased array measurement is illustrated to prove the benefit of the proposed strategies.
