Abstract :
In this paper, we describe implementations of PSE Park engines especially for batch function. PSE Park is a meta-PSE on Cloud to perform a PSE construction support for the scientific and technological simulation by using distributed machines. PSE Park is a framework that consists of five engines of Console, Core, PIPE Server, Manager and x4u. Meta-PSE is realized by the cooperation of these engines. Console offers a user interface. Core is a function to compose a PSE. For instance, a function is one of functions required in scientific computing or a simulation program. Moreover, Core that imports legacy functions on a program into PSE is called Wrapped Core. Not only the novel function but also legacy functions can be imported by Wrapped Cores. PIPE Server is an engine that controls the execution of Core. By connecting and executing Cores, a PSE is achieved. PIPE Server improves independence of Cores which is treated as processes, and achieves language independence. Manager provides some useful functions for PSE Park users like a search function and a recommendation function. The search function is a function to retrieve Core based on key words. The recommendation function is a function to present Cores, which are replaceable with the selected Core beforehand by users. X4u is a scalable data store on Cloud. X4u provides a consistent read function in eventual consistency. The function is necessary to do sequential processing which is required in the module based system. By using these engines, PSE Park helps users construct PSEs on cloud.
