After analyzing the problems in Chinese financial informatization, it indicates the inevitability for financial informatization to choose cloud computing. It also discusses the benefits and risks, the operability, the radioactive of financial informatization adopting the cloud computing. At last, it has a summary and outlook for Chinese financial market being rapidly taking part in the international market.
