Abstract :
Weber-Fechner Law was verified in between distance-headway (f) and car speed (y). Nobody has ever noticed this fact, since the traditional idea in analyses of road traffic flow has neglected the viewpoint of driver´s human factor. The present paper will show the Law existence by measurements of T(time-headway) and V for each pair of cars subsequently flowing on road (X = VT). All graphical relationships between measured values of X and V showed the formula of X = X0 eßv with very high correlation factor that nearly equal to 1, which can definitely be said it obeys the Law.
