Innovative strategies on enhancing competitiveness of China security equipment manufacturing enterprises

Nowadays, China security industry is experiencing the “Golden Age” unprecedentedly. In the course of the whole development, security equipment manufacturing enterprises have universally encountered with a series of bottleneck problems, such as small scale, technology backwardness, talent shortage, low quality and brand deficiency. By applying the SWOT analysis model, this paper systematically probes into the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the external opportunities and threats of the security equipment manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of the current situation of China security industry, some innovative strategies have been proposed to enhance the core competence of the security equipment manufacturing enterprises. In particular, R&D, human resource, foreign investment and service differentiation are carefully taken into consideration to improve product quality, soft strength, brand value and customer satisfaction.
