Abstract :
This paper uses the data envelopment analysis model to evaluate china´s technological innovation performance between 1995 and 2008 and evaluate its regional technology innovation performance. Compare and analyze technology innovation performance with other countries such as the USA and Japan. Predict that technological innovation performance in our country will need to probably 33 years to catch up with Japan, to catch up with the United States for 31 years. Finally, in order to improve the performance of technological innovation in our country, this paper puts forward several suggestions: attach importance and strengthen the clean technology innovation; Breakthrough system obstacle and strengthen regional technology innovation cooperation; Deepen the reform of the universities and research institutions and promote research cooperation; Strengthening the institutional environment construction of technical innovation.
