Research on higher vocational college teachers´ performance appraisal indicator system

According to main problems in the performance cappraisal of higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes the design principles and steps of vocational college teachers´ performance appraisal indicator system. Taking teachers´ performance appraisal indicator design of a department in a higher vocational college in Guangdong China as an example, this paper uses Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to improve vocational college teachers´ performance appraisal indicator system.
