    This article from the shareholders, the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and the creditors of four financial governance related subjects to analyze the status of the financial governance of listed companies in China, pointed out the reasons of the financial governance of listed companies in China unreasonable, then the problems, some improvement strategies in order to improve the efficiency of the financial governance of listed companies in China.
