A resultful method to diagnose construction project implementation status

How to analyze and diagnose the implement status of construction project is an important problem in construction project management. Although there are many diagnosis methods up to now, and some of them have been expounded in theory, their practicabilities are lower in real engineerings. Especially, two standards have not been solved before diagnosis problems in real engineering project. One is the reference standard of diagnosis index, two is the judgment standard of diagnosis result. Through scientific research on the whole of the diagnosis index system, the reference standards of diagnosis indexes are decided by citation method and reference method in this paper. The judgment standard is made together with engineering experiment data. Based upon which, a new hierarchical diagnosis model is put forward for actualizing different diagnosis purposes, and proved by a real example.
