The design and research on the combined contract of the distributed supply chain

In allusion to the pricing orders decision problem in the distributed supply chain which is composed by one manufacturer and one retailer, the manufacturer work as the leader of Stackelberg Game, this paper combine the return policy with the target rebate and apply it into the supply chain coordination to encourage the retailer not only to improve product purchases, but also to sales more actively, thereby reducing the quantity of the retailer´s return goods and maximize the whole profit of the supply chain. At last, through an example comparative analysis, Highlights the advantage of the combined contract that be used to improve the profits of the supply chain and the supply chain members.
