Abstract :
To evaluate steam turbine safety the multilevel grey fuzzy comprehensive method was presented. The index system for power plant steam turbine safety evaluation and the detailed evaluation contents of index were also built. The improved asymmetric trigonometrical whitenization weight function was used to calculate grey membership and the feature vectors of assessing safety were got by Analytic Hierarchy Process method. To avoid some susceptible information to be lost or neglected a special classification rule was applied to determine the safety level of steam turbine. The results show that the method can effectively classify the safety level of the steam turbine and provide a quantitative method for steam turbine safety assessment.
