Education and capacity building in earth observation for waterrelated applications in emerging economies

Earth observation x in the second half of the twentieth century. ITC, established in the fifties of the 20^th century as a postgraduate institute, has been evolving together with the EO discipline. Its activity focuses on education and capacity building of professionals and institutions of emerging economies, i.e. facilitating the use of advanced technologies in less developed environments.
