Integration of Mobile-Devices-Based Personal Analytics into Enterprise Organizational Transformation Scenarios

Mobile devices can be a comprehensive data source for reconstructing behavioral patterns of their owners. On the other hand, many enterprise re-organizations aim towards changing or establishing new activity and work patterns of individual employees. We shall discuss which mobile-device-based metrics are relevant in the context of organizational changes, what the current technical capabilities in this area are, and which privacy-related implications of such personal analytics exist. Results of field experiments involving collaboration pattern analysis will be presented.
