  • Abstract
    Adhesion is one of the most important characteristic of gas thermal spray coating for any purpose. To analyze the mechanism of the adhesion connection formation of the coating with the substructure in, atoms activation of the substrate surface is considered with the help of the kinetic equation of the reaction speed. In this paper numeric calculation is carried out to determine a relative number of cohesions at the contact in various conditions and determine temperature at contact and time, during which the temperature of the contact remains constant in process of made interatom connection in the system particle-substrate.
