Abstract :
The CSTR is one of important equipments in chemical industry, and CSTR is above 90% of reactors used in main chemosynthesis material (plastic, synthetic rubber, synthetic fibre) production. Temperature dual control system solution is proposed based on analysis of CSTR structure with coil cooling and jacket cooling, and of insufficiency for temperature single loop control. The dual control system takes advantage of both coil cooling and jacket cooling so that both dynamic and static state performances of the control system get more satisfactory. Through theory analysis and semi-physical simulation, the advantage of the CSTR temperature dual control system is verified in control precision and dynamic response, and energy-saving and consumption reducing.
