Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of network and extensive adoption of J2EE platform, multi-layer Web structure based on B/S grows up gradually. Aiming at the intelligent and standardized management of power plant, this paper gives a detailed introduction of the structure and function of the identification system for power plants, as well as designing a database with great flexibility and extensibility and a system based on J2EE design. This system has improved the encoding specification, correctness and efficiency greatly. That is to say, the system, having been put into practice in a power plant in Guangxi, saves time and labor to a great extent.
