Abstract
An analog circuit laboratory course was reformed at Southeast University with the goal of strengthening students´ electronic system design ability. Compared to the traditional Chinese laboratory course, this course design included the innovative aspects of combining individual circuits with systems, theory with practice, simulation with implementation, basic with advanced requirements, individual work with teamwork, and included a more comprehensive assessment. This course also aimed to develop the innovative capacity and engineering practice ability of students. Honors students who took this laboratory course believed that it stimulated their interest and motivation to learn and helped them appreciate the spirit of teamwork.
