Abstract
Convinced that ecodesign combined with innovation could bring significant value, we are managing a pilot project for a ToIP offer. A cross-functional team has been settled to work as upstream as possible on creating value and reducing environmental impacts. The opportunity study ended up with positive results, the BU requesting the project team to implement 7 “ideas” generated during the creation phase using tools such as TRIZ. Expectations are ranging form gains on environmental impacts reduction, to customer experience improvement, and also better economic performances. They are based on technical evolution, new functionalities, and/or process evolution.
