Abstract :
Worldwide, E-learning has become an important part of the education agenda in the last decade. Some universities in Vietnam have made significant efforts recently to use Internet technologies to enhance learning opportunities. Although, E-learning has been known as a new learning and teaching method in Vietnam, but it proves its productivity, efficiency in training and education in the country. The main purpose of study is to determine the impact of technology solutions on E-learning performance at Vietnam higher education with three objectives: (1) to identify what the factors have significant influence to system use of E-learning and user satisfaction of students in Vietnam higher education; (2) to examine how the factors influence to system use of E-learning and user satisfaction of students in Vietnam higher education; and (3) to examine how the Vietnamese users are willing to accept E-learning in the context of Vietnam.
