Abstract :
Internet anti-corruption is the product of the development and popularization of the Internet and it is a new form of anti-corruption, including civil and official levels. Nongovernmental anti-corruption has mainly taken the form of internet reports and exposure, governmental internet anticorruption includes the passive response to the internet of public opinion and active use of internet anti-corruption, the former follows the pressure mode, the latter is the active mode. Based on the perspective of institutional analysis, we can better understand the effectiveness and limitation of internet anti-corruption. The nature of the technical framework of the internet which is known as the media system, power system determines the effectiveness of the internet against corruption, but also determines the limitations of internet anti-corruption. The full effectiveness of Internet anti-corruption depends on strengthening the positive interaction of non-governmental anti-corruption and official anticorruption, and integrating the system and mechanism of civil anti-corruption and official anti-corruption.
