Abstract
Following the development of economy, the service industry has already exceeded the manufacturing industry and has been one country´s leading industry. Providing knowledge is the service way of Knowledge-Intensive business services (KIBS). KIBS are the important branch in the service industries. Through knowledge sharing, knowledge shifting, developing and using the knowledge of enterprises deeply, KIBS have promoted the knowledge innovation activities of one´s own and other customer enterprises, have taken on the important role in the whole innovative system. Based on the product characteristics of KIBS, this dissertation discusses KIBS knowledge source and its influence to customers´ innovation course, and then provides its whole knowledge innovation system and course model.
