Abstract :
Based on the project of Low Carbon City in China, which is sponsored by World Wildlife Fund (WWF), it is imperative to find a low carbon development approach in China. To achieve the low carbon goal, it is important to measure and control carbon emission. In this paper, the content of carbon resource footprint and carbon management capability are described. A carbon coordinate system, including share, replacement, recovery and recycle, is established. Research on quality engineering for carbon footprint is discussed. In this way, a strong technical support to systematically study the approach for low carbon resource is provided.
