Abstract :
From time viewpoint, operational decision-making synchronization is studied in quantify as a situation interaction process with time lag coupling. Time-consuming measure indexes of situation interaction and decision-making synchronization are proposed in the paper. On basis of it, operational decision-making synchronization is established with two phase: insinuation cogitation and insinuation interaction. From the model mathematical cases shown, the model is available and feasible, and the operational communication method, which can be used to carry out situation interaction quickly with high quality, is put forward in the paper for improving the capability of operational decision-making synchronization.
