Abstract :
In this paper, fuzzy spline interpolative control is introduced to solve the problem of truck backer-upper. With the equidistant partition of input variable universe, and without effect of optimal rules, a simple and efficient automatic truck backer-upper is achieved, which directly received the mapping between control input and output. The simulations show that the control performance has many advantages, such as rapid response, high control precision and no steady-state tremble. Under the same conditions the method is strongly universal, significantly better than conventional fuzzy control and fuzzy linear interpolative control.
