Abstract :
The picking temperature control system is a nonlinear, strong coupling and long time delay system in cold rolling line, the control effect directly influence the quality of the strip. We designed the hardware and software of the system in this paper, choose Fuzzy-PID control as large deviation and choose PID control as small deviation. The application indicated that the effect has faster response time, less overshoot, higher accuracy and stability then traditional PID control.
