Abstract :
This paper introduced the modeling and experimental study of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) digital control for the electric vehicle, based on the analysis of the direct torque control (DTC) theory for PMSM, a digital implementation scheme is introduced, experimental study is implemented using the digital signal processor TMS320F2407 and intelligent power module as the main part of the controller. Experimental results verify that PMSM DTC drive for electric vehicle has excellent dynamic response and acceptable steady state performance.
