Abstract :
Collected data of decomposition furnace from cement production field and used neural network to establish its model. Then the data model is used for iterative algorithm of adaptive dynamic programming, to form the data-based heuristic dynamic programming (HDP) algorithm, and training decomposition furnace controller. Control results show that the establishment of the data model can reflect the state of decomposition furnace, achieve temperature optimal control of decomposition furnace. Decomposition furnace combustion, heat transfer and the carbonate decomposition process can be optimized.
