Abstract
Based on the perspective of evolutionary game, the evolution model is established in the environment of resource-constrained, considering such factors: independent innovation profits (independent innovation gains, research costs, and strategic trade policy), imitative innovation profits (imitative innovation gains, imitative innovation costs), and contracting share. The evolution process is analyzed and simulated numerically.
