Abstract :
In highway accident handling different stages, accident rescue required the different amount resources. This paper divided rescue resources dispatch into two stages, different rescue stations sent the amount of resources required for each stage. Then, to the minimum resources total quantity as the target in a regional road network, this paper designed the integer programming optimal model for resource allocation. The model was used to determine the resources of each station. The case result showed the model was effective to decrease the total amount of road rescue resources, and reduce the waste of rescue resources.
