Abstract :
This paper addresses characteristic model-based all-efficient golden section adaptive control method for high-speed train speed-position tracking problem, with energy-efficient and ride comfort taken into consideration simultaneously. In this approach, no precise mathematical description of the plant is required. A characteristic model for high-speed train is established, golden section adaptive control algorithm is developed. The effectiveness and veracity of the proposed scheme are verified via numerical simulations.
